My mind is occupied by the baby at the moment. I cannot simply be interested in anything other than things related to baby. Just now I was reading the magazine, 'Figaro' and found this Dutch snow dome (&k amsterdam). How sweet...! My baby is expected to be born on January 28. The coldest time of the year. Maybe it will snow just like this....

I'm sorry for those who left comments on my blog. Pregnancy seems to influence lots of things inside and outside the woman. For me, for some strange reason, it has dragged me away from blogging... I'm well, and so is the baby. I guess he weighs now about 2kg. Still one and half month to go till I meet him!.

Mt. Fuji is not just the highest mountain in Japan, but something more spiritual, linked to the identity of the Japanese. One thing I like about where I live is that I can see it from the train when I go to work in the morning. Mt. Fuji is near Tokyo, but when you are "in" Tokyo, you haredly ever see it because, first of all, it's in fact miles away, and also the sky is covered up with hundreds of tall buildings, and furthermore the air is dusty. Even from my commuter train, it is only in wint.

De tempérament plutôt pacifique, il m'arrive néanmoins au grand malheur de mes voisins d'être sous l'emprise de soif potentiomètrique. Ces traversées se manifestent surtout à mes heures de grand ménage, j'aime me balader dans mon appartement avec le balai en guise de micro tout en gueulant les paroles de quelques sons bien pétants, c'est ma manière de rentabiliser ce genre de corvée. Selon ma copine qui aime se prendre pour ma psy durant ses heures de lassitudes. Ce comportement ép.

In Japanese, we call baby 'aka-chan' (= little red). I don't know why 'red'. Perhaps because babies are red when they are born. My little red is apparently a boy. Name? Yes, we have decided, sort of, but secret till he finally comes to our world... ;-).
