J'ai lu aujourdhui qu"Un Fonds des îles Caïman prend plus de 5,5 % dans la BH". Je connais pas les îles camiens et je savais pas que ca existe, mais j'ai pu savoir que c'est un paradis fiscal avec des possibles entreprises écran. Le risque est que ca peut etre "un hedge fund" qui déstabilisera en cas de sortie brusque le marché financier tunisien déja fragile. Et les questions que je pose : pourquoi ce fond cherche à acquerir autant dans la BH? Est-ce que c'est l'attractivité de la bo.
