Comme c’était attendu l’ADSL 2 Mo est lancé en Tunisie, 3 de nos “CHERS” ont déjà proposé leur offres pour ce “Haut” débit à savoir, PLANET, TOPNET ET GNET. Seule PLANET a mentionné les détails de l’offre : 40dt/mois pour les particuliers et 77 pour les pros (hors frais Tunisietelecom). Une question me trotte dans la tête à propos de la mise à disposition de connexion wifi gratuite dans pas mal de café...est-ce légal? Primo, je me demande bien si les contrats avec les FSI spécifient une utilisations "à des fins personnelles et non commerciales" de la connexion qu'ils mettent à disposition de leurs clients. Dans ce cas précis, les tenant de cafés disposant de ce genre de service serait légèrement, pour ne pas dire plus, en infraction. Visiblement, ça ne représent.
