Having secured a refund for Italian colonisation, signed a nuclear deal with the French, upset the Swiss, seduced the subsaharan Africans and (momentarily) kicked his zealous son out of politics, Qaddafi is now going to welcome to first US secretary of state for 55 years in Libya. She’s also visiting us as part of the North African/South European tour. No wonder why Qaddafi came to Tunis a month ago on an improvised state visit. It wasn’t about the Mediterranean union after all :) .
