What’s your most hated cliché?

An interested survey has been carried out by the BBC to identify those linguistic clichés people abhor but keep using. Mine are the following: *In English: Let us not throw the baby out with the bath water *In French: Quand on veut on peut *In classical Arabic: سلاح ذو حدّين-على هامش-في هذا الصدد-أخيراً وليس آخراً *In Tunisian: أنا وأعوذ بالله من كلمة أنا.
